Gettrontec Debuts at 2026 'Two Lakes Dialogue', Using AI to Solve Industrial-Wide and Continuous Optimization

2026-09-16

On September 16, the 2026 'Two Lakes Dialogue' International Cooperation Matchmaking Conference on Green, Low-Carbon and High-Quality Development, jointly hosted by Hubei Hongtai Group, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCS-D) and the Hubei Council for the Promotion of International Trade (China Chamber of International Commerce Hubei Chamber of Commerce), continued in Wuhan, Hubei. With the theme of 'Gathering Wisdom for Green and Low-Carbon, Winning High-Quality Development Together', the conference gathered representatives from international organizations, multinational companies, central SOEs and key enterprises to exchange and cooperate on frontier topics such as green supply chains, carbon markets and carbon accounting, green finance and green energy. He Jun, CEO of Gettrontec and Chairman of Energy Carbon Octopus, and Wang Hui, General Manager of Gettrontec's Dual Carbon Product Department and General Manager of Energy Carbon Octopus, were respectively invited to attend the main conference and special forums, sharing practices and thoughts on industrial AI empowering the green and low-carbon transformation of manufacturing.

In the high-end industrial development dialogue session of the main conference, He Jun exchanged views with Chinese and foreign guests on 'Promoting Green Transformation through AI+ and Technological Innovation'. Combining manufacturing digitalization and industrial AI practices, He Jun focused on how, after AI enters industrial sites, it can drive manufacturing enterprises from single-point energy saving to overall and continuous optimization.

He Jun noted that digitalization enables enterprises to 'see clearly' their production and energy operation status, and on this basis carry out single-point optimization; however, when facing complex and continuously changing industrial systems, AI further provides new possibilities for overall optimization and continuous optimization.

He took the cooling system optimization in a recent large industrial project as an example. In the past, enterprises mainly relied on manual work and engineering experience to make single-point adjustments according to equipment operating conditions; today, based on AI, models are built for multiple types of equipment such as chillers and chilled water pumps and included in overall analysis, allowing further exploration of optimization methods under overall operating conditions. More importantly, the establishment of models gives the factory self-learning capability, forming a process of continuous optimization. He Jun said, “The most critical thing is that we built a brain for this enterprise's park, and then let it continuously self-learn and self-optimize.”

This direction is consistent with Gettrontec's industrial AI practices continuously advanced in recent years. Focusing on core industrial scenarios such as production, equipment, quality, energy-carbon facility management and smart logistics, Gettrontec continues to drive AI deep into real business processes, integrating long-accumulated industrial know-how, data capabilities, specialized models and AI capabilities, enabling AI to further participate in actual operational links such as exception handling, equipment management and energy optimization.

In the green and low-carbon field, Gettrontec and China Carbon Asset Management under Hubei Hongtai Group jointly established Energy Carbon Octopus (Hubei) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., further connecting AI, energy and carbon data and industrial scenarios, and promoting the deepening of enterprise energy-carbon management toward intelligent decision-making and operations.

On the afternoon of the same day, Wang Hui was invited to attend the special forum 'International Cooperation Matchmaking Conference on Carbon Market Development, Carbon Accounting Standards and Carbon Footprint Management'. He introduced that over the past five years, related AI technologies have served more than 120 factories, cumulatively reducing carbon emissions by more than 400,000 tons. Wang Hui believes that digitalization is driving enterprise energy-carbon management from post-event accounting to process control, and providing more precise data support for ROI measurement of energy-saving investments, carbon assets and energy trading. In his view, the digital-intelligent value of energy-carbon management can be summarized in three aspects: more real-time carbon accounting, a more controllable carbon reduction process, and enhanced decision-making capabilities for carbon asset management and trading of green power, green certificates, energy spot, etc.

For the next stage, Wang Hui highlighted the application space for AI in the energy and dual-carbon field. Among these, collaborative scheduling optimization at both energy supply and energy consumption ends is one of the scenarios with the largest future market and the greatest challenges. By using AI to promote refined energy management and control within enterprises and respond in real time to energy supply-demand scheduling, it is expected to further reduce enterprise energy costs.

From overall continuous optimization at industrial sites to further breaking down the data foundation and AI application paths required for enterprises to achieve intelligent energy-carbon management, the two sharing sessions jointly presented the practical path of AI going deep into green manufacturing operations.

Looking ahead, Gettrontec will continue to deepen the integration of industrial know-how, data and AI capabilities, promote the deployment of AI capabilities verified at industrial sites in more manufacturing scenarios, and provide new practical paths for manufacturing enterprises to improve operational efficiency and advance green and low-carbon transformation.
